The NutriBase EZ Edition is designed to get you to your desired weight by your desired date. To do this, it needs to know a few things about you.

The first time you start NutriBase, it will ask you to confirm the date. Please do so. After you confirm the date, NutriBase will ask you a few questions. NutriBase uses this information to determine how many calories to allot each day so that you can accomplish your weight-loss goal on time.

Each time you enter a major screen for the first time, NutriBase will offer you the Help File page for that screen. Respond "Yes" if you want to view the first-time help.

After you've answered the questions, you'll see the NutriBase Main Screen.

A Tool Bar that allows you to access all the software functions sits at the top of this Main Screen.

Major Functions:

To log the foods you've eaten for today, click the Tool Bar Icon labeled Log Foods.

To look at, select, create, and/or organize your most frequently eaten foods, click the Tool Bar Icon labeled Favorites.

To look at, select, create, and/or organize your recipes, click the Tool Bar Icon labeled Recipes.

To calculate your calories earned through exercise and add it to your daily calorie budget, click the Tool Bar Icon labeled Exercise.

To select, add or modify your user information, click the Tool Bar Icon labeled Nutrition.

To select, add or modify your user information, click the Tool Bar Icon labeled User.

To backup or restore information from and to your PC, click the Tool Bar Icon labeled Backup.
